Defibrillator Delivered to Mill Green School
In Partnership with Willmott Dixon we have now delivered and provided the training in the use of the Defibrillator at Mill Green School in St Helens. We wanted to make the donation after taking delivery of our own office Defibrillator which made us all very much aware of how vital these devices are in helping to save lives should they ever be needed.
Mill Green School in St Helens is a co-educational day special School for learners aged 11 to 19. We were fortunate to be appointed by Willmott Dixon to Design and Install the complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services. Through the Oliver King Foundation which was set up to raise awareness about the medical condition SADS by the Father of Oliver King who very sadly passed away, from this condition, at the age of 12, we wanted to support the Foundation and the School to ensure it has the Defibrillator and the necessary training of staff in place, that could help to save lives if ever needed.
Mark King ( the Father of Oliver King ) provided the training, as he has done so now with over 800 Defibrillators across the country, and the staff training to a number of Teachers and Staff at the School and we were extremely honoured to be invited to the Certificate Awards Ceremony at the School, alongside Mark, the very special staff and all the very special children on the day the Defibrillator was delivered.
We hope to be able to help in a similar way on other projects we are undertaking across the North West.
