The Spuds were rolling in with the appointment by Lend Lease for us to provide the complete Mechanical and Electrical Services to this once moth balled Residential Block. It is our first time we have worked together with Lend Lease and we hope it is the start of a long lasting and fruitful relationship. There are 102 Apartments, with a mix of one and two bedrooms, all of which are fully fitted out by ourselves. There is a basement Car Park with Ventilation requirements, Drainage and Lighting together with communal areas throughout. The development, framed by the Grade II listed CLC viaduct in the heart of Castlefield conservation area aligns three arms of the Bridgewater Canal. The development in Potato Wharf is part of a major £100M regeneration project for a historic site in Manchester of world significance. The setting is framed by the Bridgewater Canal, the Grade II Listed Canal Basins, the River Irwell and the Grade II Listed Railway Viaducts.

Whole House Ventilation, Hot and Cold Water Services, Dry Riser Installation, Car Park Ventilation, Sanitary Fittings, Above Ground Drainage, General Power, Fire Alarm, TV Aerial and Satellite Systems, Door Entry, Access Control, Telephone Installation, Lightning Protection, Electric Heating and External Lighting Scheme.

We provided full Design, SBEM and EPC. The scheme was fully complete and commissioned at the end of 2014 and adds to our impressive portfolio of Residential Schemes.
