Project Overview

We have been involved with various schemes at the Albert Dock since way back in the 1980’s when Michael Heseltine as then Environment Secretary had the foresight to influence the regeneration of the Albert Dock and alongside the North West Regional Development Agency this largest collection of Grade 1-Listed Buildings in the country got underway. We were fortunate to be involved in so may schemes from the initial works at Block E and then all the new Residential Apartments that were constructed over a number of years. We worked alongside Tarmac Construction (now named Carillion) on all of these schemes. In 2002 we were the appointed to Design and Build the new Headquarters for Swiss Life that took 4 Floors of the Block E building. This particular project was a complete Mechanical and Electrical fit-out including :

<p>The initial works we undertook led to our appointment on the International Garden Festival, which alongside this project was part of the 25 Year plan to clean up the River Mersey which is now the cleanest it has been since the early 19th Century.</p>
