Project Overview

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Liverpool was part of the overall works we carried out on the Old Hall Street Development for Beetham Organisation. Working with Carillion Building we were appointed to Design and Install this 194 Bedroom Hotel, together with Beetham Tower Residential Block and the Office Building which is now home to the Passport Office. We were later appointed as the Mechanical and Electrical Contractor on the 40 Storey Tower West Building on the same site. This fantastic Hotel boast 194 Bedrooms and Suites and has stylish meeting facilities and contemporary fitness centre with Swimming Pool and Spa areas.

Services Provided

We were appointed to design and install: LPHW Heating Installation, Chilled Water Fan Coil Units, Central roof top Plant, Air Handling Units, Centrally Monitored BMS, Public Health, Domestic Hot & Cold Water Services, Supply and Extract Ventilation, Internal Gas Distribution, Fire Fighting Services, Dry Riser, Back up Generation Plant, Office Lighting, Fully addressable Fire Alarm System, PA Installation, Security Installation, Data, CCTV, Thermal Insulation and full Commissioning and hand over.

It really is a wonderful Hotel and the facilities are first class and as team we often visit and entertain there and just recently our own James Gaskill was married to his wonderful wife Laura who had their wedding reception in the Hotel which proved to be a perfect setting and a great occasion for all of us at A&B
