Project Overview

We have completed the Mechanical and Electrical Services installation on what is Rochdale’s biggest Secondary School on the Building Schools for the Future Projects. We Designed and installed Services to Dining Hall, Technology, Art, RE, Science, Maths, English, Humanities and Language Classrooms. This will be our third School we have worked together with Carillion Building on as part of Rochdale BSF. Having completed Siddal Moor School and Matthew Moss Schools last year. Two further schools have since been completed by us – Brownhill and Fallinge Park Schools.

Services Provided:

The following services were installed and fully commissioned in 2013

Thermal Model, Solar Hot Water, Sprinkler Installation, Public Health / Sanitary, Air Conditioning, Underfloor Heating, Building Control Systems, Gas Distribution, Electrical Distribution, Photovoltaic, External Lighting, Fire and Intruder Alarms, Lightning Protection, Access Control, CCTV.

The scheme has been fully complete and commissioned and adds to our impressive portfolio of Educational Schemes.

We have since been fortunate to be appointed by Carillion Building to carry out similar Design and Install on three further schools : Cromwell, Queens Road and Arden Primary and we hope to continue this fantatstic partnership with Carillion and all the team
