Notre Dame Catholic College has moved to a new site on Great Homer Street, which is part of the greater-Project Jennifer Scheme. The School has been built offering more flexibility so that the internal layout and entire use of the site can be changed in the future. The School which will educate up to 1000 pupils and employs 120 staff and has been built in just over 12 months on a site adjacent to everton park lifestyles centre. The new school has been built with the community in mind and will have a health and wellbeing centre and indoor market traders. This project was perfect for us to work on as it gave us the opportunity to employ a number of our workforce who were all local to the site and residents of the area.

Services Provided:

External Gas and Water Cooling, Air conditioning, Smoke Ventilation, Sanitary, Public Health Facilities, Natural Gas, Thermal and Acoustic Insulation, Fire Fighting, Sprinklers, Smoke Ventilation Systems, Building Management Systems, Kitchen Extract, Classroom Ventilation, Commissioning and Balancing. Mains Electric Cabling, Lighting and Emergency lighting, Main Containment, Fire Alarm Systems, Telecoms, Data, CCTV, Security, Access Controls, Disabled WC, Refuge Alarms, Lighting protection.

The scheme was fully complete and commissioned in August 2013 and we were proud to be part of the team and we enjoyed working with Willmott Dixon and adds to our impressive portfolio of Education Projects.

We were also very proud to be part of the delegation to attend the Construction News Awards 2014 at the London Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane as this project was a nominee for the Project of the Year.
