One Park West is the centre piece of Liverpool’s redevelopment programme and is arguably the most sought after address in the city. This to date is the highest value project we have worked on although not the most challenging or our greatest degree of difficulty. It was however the most testing to deliver given the number of operatives we deployed on this site. ( Overall we had 200 of our directly employed Fitters, Plumbers and Electricians together with a considerable number of specialist trade partners ). This mixed use development includes 3 tower blocks ranging for 10 to 18 stories, providing 336 apartments, commercial premises, restaurants, bars, shops and a below ground car park. It was testament to the endeavour's by all our team that the overall programme was shortened by 12 weeks after we had in fact commenced our operations. It was a fantastic scheme to work with and was a further success of our partnership with Laing O'Rourke.

The scheme was completed and commissioned on time and within Budget and adds to our impressive portfolio of Residential Schemes.
