This Landmark project really enhances the Liverpool waterfront by its excellent design. The West Tower development is a 40 storey building incorportating 5 floors of high spec grade A office space and 123 new apartments from the 5th to the 39th floor. We worked with Carillion Building in the Design and Installation of all services, including :
Services Provided:
Heating, Cooling and Ductwork to all Apartments, Hot Water Services, Cold Water Services, Public Health, Ventilation System, Wet Riser Fire Main, Smoke Extract System, Air conditioning, Lighting to all Apartments, Offices, Restaurant and Commercial Units, Data Wiring, Fire Alarm, Generator Installation, CCTV, Security, Door Access, Package Substation, LV Switch Panel and LV throughout the development, Building Management Systems, Sprinkler and Fire Fighting Services, Commissioning and complete Hand over.
The scheme had its challenges with the logistics of loading up floors with all kit and having several work centres for our teams on various floors. This was another project that had high levels of our workforce through the overall programme, but was another scheme that was completed on time and within Budget and to the complete satisfaction of the Client in terms of the quality of our services installed.
We were later appointed to retro-fit the Panoramic Restaurant on the 34th Floor and this has proven to be a very popular restaurant and bar that we here at A&B enjoy visiting on many occasions socially.
