The University of Chester have recently completed a new part 5 storey Student Accommodation Building on the Main Campus in Parkgate Road. Working closely with Morgan Sindall and the entire Team we were appointed to design and install the complete Building Services and in particularly :
Air Source Heat Pumps, Gas Fired Heating, Solar Hot Water, Building Management Systems and Control, Sanitation and Public Health, Internal Gas Distribution, Hot and Cold Water, Toilet Extract and General Ventilation, DX Comfort Cooling. Mains Electric Cabling, Lighting and Emergency Lighting, Main Containment, Fire Alarm Systems, Telecoms and Data CCTV and Security, Access Control, Disabled WC and Refuge Alarms, Lightening Protection, Commissioning and Balancing and Client Demonstrations.
This was a fast track programme for our overall works and we were delighted to get the appointment on this wonderful scheme and to work with Morgan Sindall and all the team to make this a success for all.
The scheme has been fully complete and commissioned and adds to our impressive portfolio of Educational Schemes.
