Alicia – HR Manager

Alicia joined A&B Engineering in 2024, bringing with her a strong background in Human Resources and a deep passion for supporting people to thrive. Originally from abroad, Alicia came to the UK to pursue her studies at the University of Liverpool, where she built the foundations for her career in HR.

At A&B, she is responsible for staff management, organizational development, and overseeing contracts — key areas that are crucial to our continued success. Alicia is not only highly professional but also warm, approachable, and committed to maintaining a positive, supportive work environment.

Since joining, she has already made a real difference by strengthening our processes and helping us foster an even stronger sense of teamwork. Her energy and expertise are a perfect fit for our company culture, and we are excited to have her on board as part of our growing family.
