Dixons Newall Green Academy required a robust and future-ready M&E solution to support a growing secondary school. The challenge was to deliver energy-efficient systems that met DfE standards while creating a safe, sustainable, and high-quality learning environment.
A&B Engineering was appointed to design and install a £5 million M&E package. The scheme incorporates low-carbon Air Source Heat Pumps, energy-efficient building services, and future-proofed systems aligned with modern educational requirements and long-term performance.
The new academy will provide a modern, inspiring environment for 750 students aged 11–16. Due for completion in summer 2025, the project demonstrates A&B Engineering’s commitment to sustainable education facilities and high-quality delivery.
