The 100 Embankment Building in Salford is a nine storey Grade A Office Development with over 15,400 m2 of BREEAM “ Excellent” office space with a Wired Score to Gold Standard.
Having been working throughout the Design and Construction stages we are now close to completion of our works and we are at Commissioning stages. We were appointed by BAM Construction to Design and Install the complete Mechanical and Electrical Services.
Services Installed: Ventilation, Heating, Chilled Water, Gas, Hot and Cold Water, Sprinkler Installation, Smoke Ventilation, Dry Risers, Building Management Systems, Rainwater Installation, Above Ground Drainage, LV Distribution, Generators, Metering, Lighting, Lighting Control, Small Power, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control and Supply and Installation of Speed Gates and full testing and Commissioning.
This has been an excellent project to be involved with and one we are immensely proud of, and it is the testimony of all the hard work by so many of all our people and all our suppliers and supply chain partners. Working with Ridge Consulting Engineers and in partnership with BAM Construction adds to our impressive portfolio of projects completed together and we look forward to many more successful projects.
