This landmark Grade A office development required high-performance mechanical and electrical systems to support modern occupiers and ambitious sustainability targets. The challenge was to deliver complex services across nine floors while meeting stringent energy, wellbeing, and operational performance standards.
A&B Engineering was appointed to design and install the complete M&E services in partnership with Hoare Lea. The design prioritised energy efficiency and occupant wellbeing, enabling the building to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, and NABERS 5-star certification.
The first phase delivers 185,000 sq. ft. of premium office space, a vibrant public realm, and a rooftop restaurant for up to 900 guests. The project strengthens A&B Engineering’s reputation for delivering sustainable, net-zero-focused commercial developments.
