The Royal College of Physicians’ new Northern Headquarters required advanced M&E systems to support a 160,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art building. The challenge was to deliver high-performance, sustainable services that complemented the architectural vision and achieved the WELL Standard for healthy workplaces.
A&B Engineering was appointed to design and install the full mechanical and electrical services. The systems were integrated with innovative architectural features, including timber curtain walls and a ceramic frit façade, while ensuring comfort, energy efficiency, and wellbeing across the building.
