A&B Engineering Announces Senior Leadership Promotions


A&B Engineering is delighted to announce the well-deserved promotions of two valued members of our team, recognising their outstanding contributions and continued commitment to excellence.

Michael Richardson has been promoted to Electrical Design Director, while Sam Guy steps into the role of Commercial Director.

Both Michael and Sam have consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, strong leadership, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results. Their expertise and drive have played a significant role in the successful delivery of projects and in strengthening A&B Engineering’s position within the industry.

These promotions reflect not only their individual achievements but also the vital impact they have on our team and the wider business. As they take on their new roles, we are confident they will continue to lead with integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Their expertise and approach have played a key role in successfully delivering projects and strengthening A&B Engineering’s position within the industry. These promotions reflect not only their hard work and achievements to date, but also the confidence we have in their continued impact as they step into their new roles. London Marathon Celebrating an Incredible Weekend  Last weekend’s London Marathon brought an incredible atmosphere to London and A&B Engineering was proud to be part of it in support of some truly inspiring efforts. We are delighted to be sponsors of Bastion the Bulldog, supporting the fantastic work of the Standing Tall Foundation and everyone involved. A huge well done to Andy Reid and the entire team for taking on such an inspiring challenge and representing the cause with determination and resilience. New Project Announcement: Holy Trinity C of E Primary Academy, Rothwell  A&B Engineering is delighted to announce its appointment to deliver the new build of Holy Trinity C of E Primary Academy in Rothwell, Leeds, in partnership with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd. The project forms part of the Department for Education’s School Rebuilding Programme , an initiative focused on transforming education facilities across the UK through modern, sustainable, and future-ready learning environments. The new development will provide a purpose-built primary school for pupils aged 4–11, designed to support high-quality education through inspiring, safe, and flexible learning spaces. The facility will reflect modern educational needs while creating a welcoming environment for both students and the wider community.
