- A thorough industry-standard induction covering essential PPE, site safety rules, and A&B’s in-house expectations.
- ‘Meet the Experts’ sessions, where eight of our directors shared valuable insights into their career journeys and roles within the company.
- Site visits to Liverpool Waters (A06) and Alder Hey, offering students the unique opportunity to see the real-world delivery of plans and drawings they had reviewed during the placement.
- A CV workshop ensuring every student left with an updated, professional CV ready to apply for our apprenticeship programme.
- Group presentations delivered to our Managing Director, followed by constructive feedback on content, delivery, and professionalism.
- Placement certificates awarded to each participant, recognizing their achievements.
- 100% positive feedback from all students, with every one of them recommending the placement to others.
