Proud to Support T-Levels: Honouring Young Talent in Construction

At A&B Engineering, we have always believed that the future of our industry lies in the hands of the next generation—and we’re proud to have played a part in shaping it.

During National T-Level Week, we celebrated our commitment to nurturing young talent by offering meaningful opportunities for growth, learning, and real-world experience.

We were honoured to receive the T-Level Excellence Supplier Award from Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd, a recognition of our dedication to mentoring and supporting T-Level students across our live projects. From Echo Street to St Michael’s Manchester, our teams welcomed students on site and provided them with hands-on industry exposure that helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application.

T Levels are transforming the route into engineering careers by blending academic study with industry placements—and we were proud to support that journey. For us, hosting T-Level students was never just about offering placements; it was about sharing our knowledge, investing in their potential, and helping to build a pipeline of future engineers ready to lead with innovation, sustainability, and skill.

We saw every student as a future leader, and every placement as an opportunity to inspire.
